About Us

As a principal for Specified Water Systems, Christy has a passion for water. Growing up with a hand-pump for drinking water, she truly understands the value of every drop. From fire protection to stormwater mitigation, Christy can guide you through the submittal process to gain proper approvals for your project. Christy has extensive knowledge to help you work with TCEQ (public water supply), your local fire marshal (NFPA-22), municipalities and engineers. She also frequently works with architects to integrate water tanks and water towers into the initial design plans. Whether you need a storage tank for commercial or residential, potable (NSF-61) or non-potable, Christy can consult with you to overcome the nuances. She is an active ARCSA member and what she loves most is providing you with a full service solution to your water needs.

Brittany has excelled in her tank construction career by starting in the field building tanks. A native of Texas, she has worked with most of the commercial general contractors in the area and understands the nuances of construction. If you decide to visit our offices, Brittany would be happy to give you a tour of our facility and discuss your individual needs for water storage tanks and enclosures, whether it be a commercial or a residential project. James has been in the construction industry since the 1990s. A Central Texas native, he attended college in Minnesota (Go Gophers!) before building homes across Colorado and Texas. He joined SWS in 2024, bringing his hands-on experience and relationship-focused approach to the world of water storage tanks. James enjoys working closely with homeowners and general contractors, fostering strong relationships through clear and consistent communication. Outside of work, he is a devoted husband and father, a loyal friend, and an avid outdoorsman.
